We understand that things can change at short notice, and this may mean that it isn’t always possible to come to your session at Lux Derm. All we ask is that if you need to reschedule or cancel, to provide at least 24 hours' notice.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours), the deposit of £50 is non-refundable. Repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may affect the ability to book future services.
